What to Leave at Home

Laity Lodge Youth Camp has a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding the use or possession on camp property of tobacco products, alcohol, firearms, fireworks, nonprescription drugs, knives, weapons, or ammunition of any kind, pornographic material, explicit music, laptops, and portable DVD players. Any of the above-mentioned items could result in the removal from camp.

We suggest you leave at home any expensive electronic devices such as iPods, MP3 players, and other similar devices. Our goal is for campers to build significant relationships during their time at camp. Experience tells us these electronic devices can serve as a relational block. Also, there is the potential for expensive items like these to be lost or stolen. LLYC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you choose to bring these items to camp, you will only be allowed to use them during rest and bedtimes.
